Privacy policy
Last updated September 2026
This policy applies to this website only. It explains how iOmni Health collects and uses personal information when you visit iomnihealth.co.uk, submit an enquiry or other information through the site, or otherwise contact us about our work. It is written for the UK and reflects our obligations under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
It does not cover our products. Personal data handled inside iOmniPro and iOmniYou is dealt with separately, under the privacy information published on those products' own sites and the contracts and data processing agreements we hold with the organisations that deploy them. For that data we normally act as a processor on their instructions, and nothing in this website policy replaces those arrangements.
Who is responsible for your data
iOmni Health is the data controller for information collected through this website. Our address is 11 Laura Place, Bath, United Kingdom, BA2 4BL, and you can reach us at hello@iomnihealth.co.uk.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email address, organisation, job role and the content of your enquiry when you contact us or request a demonstration.
- Technical and usage information — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through server logs and limited analytics.
- Recruitment information — where you apply to work with us, the details in your CV and application.
Please do not send us patient identifiable or health information through this website. If you do, we will delete it unless we are required to retain it.
How and why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and to manage our relationship with you — our legitimate interests in running and developing our business, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To keep the site secure, reliable and improved — our legitimate interests in protecting and improving our services.
- To send updates about our work where you have asked for them — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations — compliance with a legal obligation.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for profiling.
Cookies
We use essential cookies needed for the site to work and limited analytics. Our cookie notice explains this in more detail and how to control cookies in your browser.
Who we share it with
We share personal information with service providers that support our business, such as website hosting, email, analytics and professional advisers. They act on our instructions under written contracts. We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of our business.
International transfers
We operate in the UK and Australia, and some providers process data outside the UK. Where personal information leaves the UK we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, together with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, recruitment information for up to 12 months unless you agree to longer, and records needed for legal or accounting purposes for as long as the law requires. We then delete or anonymise the information.
Security
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit and staff training, to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal information, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure or restriction, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise a right, email hello@iomnihealth.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would welcome the chance to resolve it with you first.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
