The story

Victoria is the Co-founder and Managing Director of iOmni Health, bringing together extensive experience in clinical practice, business leadership, and healthcare innovation. As a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist and Senior Case Manager, she has built a distinguished career spanning the NHS, social care, independent practice, and corporate healthcare sectors.

With expertise in complex rehabilitation, vocational recovery, multidisciplinary care coordination, and service development, Victoria has spent her career supporting individuals with complex needs while leading teams and organisations to deliver high-quality, person-centred outcomes. She brings a valuable combination of frontline clinical expertise, strategic leadership, and entrepreneurial insight, enabling her to understand both the challenges faced by healthcare professionals and the operational demands of modern healthcare services.

Through years of working within complex and often fragmented systems, Victoria developed a passion for finding better ways of working. This inspired the creation of iOmni Health, where she co-leads the development of innovative technology solutions designed to streamline workflows, strengthen collaboration, and reduce administrative burden, enabling professionals to spend more time focused on delivering exceptional care.
