The story

Dominic is Customer Success Director at iOmni Health, where he is passionate about helping allied health professionals work more efficiently by bringing their systems, processes, and information together in one place. He is driven by a simple belief: when technology is thoughtfully implemented and genuinely supports the people using it, everyone benefits, from practitioners and administrators to the people they serve.

Known for his meticulous approach and determination to leave no stone unturned, Dominic combines strategic thinking with a genuine desire to do a great job for both customers and colleagues. He enjoys getting to the heart of complex challenges, asking the right questions, and finding practical solutions that deliver real-world value.

Before joining iOmni Health, Dominic built a diverse career spanning Learning & Development, customer service leadership, and large-scale transformation projects across both public and private sector organisations. His experience leading training programmes, supporting software implementations, and helping teams navigate change has given him a deep understanding of what it takes to drive successful adoption and long-term customer outcomes.

A strong advocate for collaboration, Dominic works closely with customers as well as product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure that customer needs help shape future improvements. He is particularly passionate about using data and customer insights to identify opportunities, remove friction, and help organisations realise the full value of their investment.
