The story
Anand has spent more than 19 years in technology, moving between consulting, enterprise architecture, cloud, and co-founding startups to build AI products from the ground up.
He spent over a decade in consulting, translating complex business requirements into systems that actually held up in production. One of those was a national healthcare platform in Singapore that handled more than 1.5 million requests a day from hospitals and clinics.
At Experian’s Innovation Labs he was Head of Platform Development for Asia Pacific, growing cloud data and machine-learning platforms across Australia, Singapore, India and Indonesia — work that sat right where product, data engineering and governance meet.
At Amazon Web Services he was an Enterprise Solutions Architect supporting large organisations in financial services, retail and telecoms — the person they leaned on to modernise ageing systems, get cloud costs under control, and make architecture decisions they could live with.
As a co-founder of Modern Innovations, he builds AI products and shapes modern technology strategy from the ground up. That has meant wearing a lot of hats: setting technology and AI direction, paying down technical debt, tightening security and compliance, and hiring the engineers to make it all stick. He also serves as a board advisor to an early-stage energy startup.
At iOmni Health he leads the technology, with a straightforward aim: take the busywork off clinicians’ plates so more of their day goes to patients rather than paperwork.
